Lightbulb Coat of Arms

I hope this is the right place...

Anyway, while chatting with a friend of mine whos going to get GW he had heard about capes and thought they where a good idea. So heres what I've thought of might work...

Place a person named (name) [Arms] or something of the like (If someone does this please in the honor of the man who sparked this idea name him Zack, Zackary or Zach). And have him (using the same or similiar commands as you guild cape) let you pay for and design a Coat of Arms or something like that, to display as a cape instead of your guilds cape.

This should probabaly be very expensive, as it would be a status thing, like the 15k (Prophecies) armor. I would suggest 30k for it, but its up ArenaNet.

Please contribute your thoughts on this matter.

instead of a normal cape, you could get one of those coat things that can cover your whole body as if you were hiding something (or in the case of some whammos, hiding that they are not wearing an armor)

if thats not his idea, then im lost as well.

Uhhh... Monkey language yeah thats it monkey language...

Anyway I was in a hurry went I said it so heres it in normal talk instead of me sounding like a freakishly nerdy lawyer...

You know how there are Capes? I was talking about if each person could design a "cape" that was unique to themselves, called a "Coat of Arms". So it would identify a player as an individual instead of affliation with a guild.

I was saying also, that you could make it the same way a "guild cape" is made. Same options an everything.

I'd say it should cost 30-50k to make it. And be in Droknars Forge, or hiding somewere in Lions Arch

Isn't that a few too many capes running around?

ADDED:
Also I would think more people would prefer their own "custom" armor rather than a custom cape.

Make you own guild of one? for 2.2k ( correct me if I'm wrong) you get your own cape and even your own [enter acronym here]

Other than that, something to identefy your self would be cool. Not nessecerily a cape, but on symbole on your armor or something like that, yeah sure.

So you are saying that there will be some guy who allows you to design your own cape instead of wearing your guild cape?

I think...

So... you mwan to have a cape different to you guild?

I would agree only with th frame.

I don't like the tattered frame, so it would be great to be able to pay 2k to make your cape frames different for each character.

But everything else should stay the same, because you are suposed to wear your guild cape.

I dont see the point in another cape if you are in a guild. Maybe a talbard like what the musketeers wore. then the cape could go over it.
